This is a Brand New CD player that comes with all the instructions, Install disk and manual. There is no packaging with this item as the CD player needs to be wrapped in bubble wrap for transit.

Please check with me for PC compatibility with the install disc. It doesnt mention compatibility with VISTA but mentions many other Windows Operating system versions. I have installed the disc on my VISTA PC and it works fine, althought I cannot guarantee it will work on your Vista PC.
